Roto-Rooter Plumbers 10/12/2011 – Service was quick and efficient. Communication with the scheduling professionals was friendly and helpful. They got a tough job done on time. I would call Roto Rooter anytime I need a plumber in the Detroit area.

roto-rooter westland,mi – 10/10/11-Called on 10/09/11 @ 10pm. left message. the y called me back @ 8:30 am on 10-10-11. Tom Stewart was here by noon. He worked his tail off. Took him 2 hours but he got my drain unclogged. He showed me the drain when he opened it. IT WAS CLOGGED. When he was done the water flowed thru like niagra falls. Thank you Tom. Your were very patient and very professional. I will definitely use roto-rooter (Westland)again if necessary!!!!!!!!!!!Thanks again Tom....Mrs. Connie Soban-Chmura

Total rip off – My family called Roto Rooter because we had a drain backing up into our house. They came out to our house and proceeded to check into it. After attempting to snake our drain under the kitchen sink, they informed us they were not able to get the snake down more than 10 feet. They then told us that someone would have to come out the next day and use a camera to see if it was just clogged or if the pipe was broken. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 10/1/2011 – Timely and professional. Mike, the plumber that was dispatched to our home, was courteous, professional and knowledgable. I made an appointment with the Detroit office the night before... midnight, actually. By 11:30 the next morning, my plumbing issues were resolved and things were back to normal.

Emergency service "Sorry we can't make it" – On March 23 at 5:34 p.m. I called with 4 inches of storm water in my basement and rising!! My sump pump was broken and drain was backed up. I paid Roto-Rooter almost $750 on Feb 18 to clean out my sewer drain which was backed up. Roto-rooter said there is a guarantee for their work. March 23 I called for help thinking what they fixed may be the cause of the problem. I called for help at 5:35 p.m. was told someone will get back to me tomorrow. Roro-Rooter Plumbers – It started with an ominous "glugging" sound, not a good sign coming from your kitchen sink, then go in the basement and find "OMG" in the floor drain. I called off work first which I never do knowing this was going to be a definate emergency Personal Day. Then I called Roto-Rooter. Horrible - false representation – I called and needed somone today! They told me no problem, I waited and waited I called again and they told me I was next on the list and it should be no more than 1 hour. After 1.5 hours I called again only to hear the same story. When 5:30 in the afternoon came I called again only to hear that it could be anywhere from 1 hour to 4 hours, but they don't work past 6:30. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 1/27/11 Calling into Roto Rooter was a painful experience. I called to have service on my main drain pipe - talked to dispatch (wayne /oakland michigan area 8007686911) and they could not provide and information on pricing. I was looking at having the main pipe looked at with the camera and potentially taking the necessary steps in having this fixed. Dispatch was not helpful at all - all they kept mentioning is a 29.95$ fee for the tech to come out and assess the problem. I already knew my main drain pip... read more
