Roto-Rooter February 02/10/2012 – WOW what a pleasant experience with my Detroit Plumber! My shower is up and running with HOT water again from Aaron who did an amazing job explaining what was going on at all times and was very courteous and professional. I will in the future when needed again call Roto-Rooter and specifically Aaron again for service ... thank you Roto-Rooter Detroit :)

Good service, not so good price – My toilet backed up, and after plunging for a while, the nasty water decided to back up into our tub. We called Roto Rooter, and they were able to come in the morning. Eric F, technician #363, was very nice and did a thorough job, replacing the cast iron stack, snaking it, then using the video camera to make sure there weren't any other issues. As other reviews have mentioned, it was pricey, but overall I was pleased with the service.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers January 28, 2012 – The plumber from Detroit's Roto-Rooter did a fantastic job! He arrived promptly and worked efficiently. Although the job took longer than expected, Eric was fabulous! I will certainly call them the next time I have plumbing problems!

TRotohis was a one stop shop – I knew I needed a new laundry tub, but wasn't aware that my hot water heater was 15 years old. Do I wait for water to be all over my basement...not fun. They replaced my laundry tub and supplied a new water heater for me. It was helpful for me that I didn't have to go shop for these items and then have them installed.
