I live in Lincoln park , Mi and had problems with clogged pipes from my kitchen to the main hook up of the city.Gunk was coming up from my drain in the basement. Steve came and within 20 minutes everything was running smooth. He stayed around until we could set up a restoration of the damaged tiles. He was here when the restorer came and talked over what should be done. Thanks for all the care and great service.

I live in Inkster, MI. For several months I sufferred with a drain disposal that did not work and I just did not feel like my sink was really clean eventhough I had the other side to use. It hung over me like a cloud. I used my dishwasher but was not sure if the water that passed through the disposal unit really flushed it clean as it just did not go on. It was not pleasant. I live in Wyandotte, MI and had water through the main floor drain. I called Roto-Rooter past business hours and was able to schedule right away for the next day. I was concerned since the Holiday weekend is approaching. I was called by a rep. who told me that they hadn't forgot about me and someone would be there soon. Today: Wednesday, May 14, 2014 I live in Lincoln Park, Michigan. We had water back up into the basement from the floor drain. It was a Sunday (Mother's Day) and early evening. I didn't know any plumbers but I did remember seeing commercials and a sporadic Roto-Rooter service truck. So, I called them. I live in Canton Michigan. The service tech was very knowledgeable and informative. I appreciate his honesty in explaining parts and labor. I had another service being done in the house at the same time and the tech was very patient and understanding. He did a thorough job and tidied up after the job was complete. If I had any future plumbing problems I would definitely call this company again.

i live in Detroit . the main drain on my house was clogged. called these guys out they came when they said they would, fixed the problem within an hour. the plumber who came out ( Joe ) was very courteous and professional. got the job done, with a 6 month warranty, cant go wrong with that. I highly recommend Roto-rooter if you ever have a plumbing problem.

Had a sewer back up into the basement at 3:30 in the afternoon; we called Roto-Rooter and they made it to the house by 5:30 that afternoon. Jeremy was courteous and efficient. He recommended I get a water scrub done after seeing the amount of roots he pulled out to get the drain to run free. No high pressure just a recommendation and he went on his way.
