I needed them to install a water line for my new ridge. Due to the weather this past Saturday, the plumber did not arrived until well after 1:30pm (my orignal slot was 9 to 11 am); the office did call and to let me know they were running behind. Mr. Godwin was great, he was very professional and had a GREAT personality. The next time I find myself in need of Roto Rooter's services I will speicifically request Mr. Godwin #072

Roto-Rooter wasn't the first estimate we received or the lowest, but it was the most detailed, concise appraisal of the job. Every aspect of supplies and application was detailed on our estimate. The next day, two personable and soon proven very capable workmen showed up bright and early and went straight to work. The equipment was first rate and soon drew the attention of the neighbors, especially the men who all wished for a turn at the backhoe. I had a sewer backup on a Sunday, I called Roto Rooter and they said a technician would call me back, I received a call in less than 30 minutes and the technician Bill Wiper #382 was out in an hour! He was fantastic. He cleared my drains and explained to me what he was doing. He also told me on how to avoid problems in the future. I would recommend them to anyone, as they have such great service!

I had a problem with a sewage backup in my basement on a weekend. I called a few places and Roto-Rooter was one of two places I tried to contract. The other place said they would be out in 2 - 3 hours and I never heard back from them again. Roto-Rooter said they would be out, and even thought it took a while, they showed up and Aaron did a fantastic job.
