Roto-Rooter Plumbers 2/22/2012 – I called Roto-Rooter to come out and look at a leaking drain from my bathtub. The galvanized pipe had to be replaced (which I already knew). Dave came out and gave us an honest assessment of the problem, giving me an accurate cost and time estimate (he estimated it would take him three hours to completely remove the drain and add new PVC pipe and it only took him two hours). Quality Service for a Great Price – A Roto-Rooter Plumber arrived bright and early at my home today to repair a longstanding problem I was having with my bathroom sink. Roto-Rooter cleans drains and does plumbing in Detroit area. – February 20, 2012 Roto-Rooter was out to my home today and they were efficient and thorough with the job that needed to be done. This job was to repair a water leak. I wasn't aware that Roto-Rooter had such a vast complement of plumbers in the Detroit area. I guess I always associated Roto-Rooter with drain cleaning and not plumber work. This was a pleasant surprise for them to do the work both well and cost effectively.

roto-rooter = a big thumbs down – Erik F. came out and replaced our stationary tub & trap. That all was well, what wasn't was the mess that was left on the basement floor. For a company that promotes "maid-like cleanup" this was far from it. We weren't expecting perfection but there was a cement trail all the way up the stairs and a disgusting film left all in fron of the laundry area. Would never recommend. Will be looking for a different plumber in the Detroit area the next time an issue arises!

Aaron #377 at Roto-Rooter – Aaron came to our house today because we had a back-up in the drain of our basement whenever any water was running (shower, bath, etc) for over 10 minutes. My husband is very handy and tried all the tricks of the trade to get the blockage out himself, but it was too far from to drain to locate it. Aaron was extremely courteous, quick, and helpful! Roto-Rooter Plumbers 2/14/12 – The customer service started right when you call Roto-Rooters to set up an appointment with their friendly staff.
