Great Service – Our toilet had been leaking for over a week when we finally got around to calling for estimates. Not only was Roto-Rooter the most reasonable, but David was friendly and to the point (quick) to get the job done. We will definately use them again in the future if we have any plumbing issues!

4TH TIME'S A CHARM – We tried snaking out the main drain (of the 50 year-old Livonia home we moved into a year ago) ourselves 3 times over the last 5 months only to find out that the snake we rented from Home Depot was 50 feet and our main drain ran a total of 93 feet. great plumber – We called roto-rooter (1st time calling a plumber out ever...already scary) and they had Dave out here in no time at all. He cleaned out the sink drain and answered all the questions we had about what drain goes where, etc. and was friendly and helpful the whole time. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Reliable and Knowledgable – Had an appointment set up online, which was really easy and fast. They called to confirm, then also called 30 minutes before they came. They happened to be able to come early so they called to see if that would be okay. As the service tech was here I was asking him some questions, and he had no problem answering them. I will definitely be using them again if I need anything else!!

NIce – We had two service techs come out to our house to change our old sink. they were fabulous plumers in the detroit area. friendly service professional and did the job fast. Roto Rooter is the place to call for service to be done

Roto-Rooter Plumers 12/3/11 – Another plumbing problem at my Metro Detroit home. This time a sewer backup mainly caused by root growth underneath my home. A great plumber named Marvin came out to assist me. Cleared the line for now and answered all my questions.

Thank God – All I can say is IThanksgiving Morning and guess what a Flood. Not a good way to start a Thankful day. OMG!!! I did wait (my choice) to have Rotor Rooter come out and help on Saturday afternoon. Because I am a single mother, I as a professional must trust those in their professon to be honest with me. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 11/25/2011 – A huge Thank you to Roto-Rooter and their services, our drains have been backing up and flooding our basement. My husband saw a commerical ad on t.v. and called. Our apointment was comfirmed with a fast response, and an E.T.A of the expected associate. Roto-Rooter Express Fix – Thanksgiving day our gurgling kitchen drain stopped gurgling, stopped working and backed up. No problem: Early the next morning we called Roto-Rooter and they promptly returned our call and set up an appointment for that same morning. The technician, Shaun(sp?), #247(?), arrived and unclogged our drains within 30 minutes. He was courteous, prompt and advised us we have a 60-day warranty.
