Great Service – My son spotted water rising up from the floor drain and called me down. We used the mop bucket and the shop vac to keep the water at bay while I called the first plumber that came up when we googled plumbers in our area. I was panic-stricken and called Roto Rooter, hoping I wasn't making a huge mistake. Roto-Rooter Plumbers, 3/5/12 – Loved the online ease of scheduling service for a Detroit Area Plumber on a Sunday afternoon to have them come on Monday afternoon. John F #381 was awesome. He had his booties on each and every time he entered our home. Had piping replaced in basement. We used Roto-Rooter a few years ago will use them and recommend them in the future. Thanks for getting the job done quickly. PS Great not having to hear hubby cussing at the plumbing....again....LoL

Best of a Bad Situation – Unfortunately, the plumber who arrived at my home initially experienced mechanical problems with his equipment and was unable to snake the drain in my tub. However, within an hour and a half, another plumber arrived, provided excellent service and my tub is now draining perfectly.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 29 Feb 12 – Detroit Plumber Anthony-#380 came out and snaked out an floor drain that backed up. He found a blockage and cleared it. He was a very ploite and considerate.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 2-28-12 – Our Roto Rooters plumber made a very unfortunate experience much better! We moved into our new house in Westland Saturday and then Monday our basement was flooding! I reccomend John, technician # 381 in the Detroit area! He seemed very experienced and helped us feel very comfortable through the whole experience. We enjoyed that he got the job done, but was still personable and polite.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 2/24/12 – I just had a Kitchen drain clog removed by a Detroit area (Westland, MI) Roto-Rooter plumber. The process was extremely easy. The technician was on time, courteous, and fast.
