Garbage Disposal and Other Service – My garbage disposal was not working at all. I got it to begin running and draining again but it sounded strange and smelled hot. Roto Rooter took a look at it. They gave it a test run and the thing totally burned out (started smoking, etc.). They said it was essentially dead. Roto-Rooter Plumbers April 3, 2012 – Had problems with main drain backing up intermittently and leaking faucet in kitchen. Looking for plumber in Detroit and Roto Rooter seemed a logical choice. Very professional company from booking service to end of job. The company gives their guys all the time needed to do the job right the first time. Roto-Rooter Plumbers, march 16, 2012 – In Detroit area: Called to get jetting since our basement was flooded. SOOOO glad they sent a service technician named Kyle at the last minute. He came at 3:30pm to help us out and stayed til 8pm!! This plumbing job was intense and the roots were really bad. He went above the call of duty to make sure we were taken care of so we could have running water again that day, instead of making us wait til Monday, even though it meant staying past normal working hours. Superb Service – After unsuccessfully trying to unclog a bathtub drain pipe, we called Roto Rooter. Aaron, technician number 377, was very prompt and efficient, arriving less than an hour on a Saturday morning after we made the call. By the early afternoon, we had a new drain pipe installed and the basement was cleaned up. We would certainly recommend Roto Rooter for Detroit-area residents in need of a plumber.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers March 14, 2012 – Technician Aaron R (#385) was awesome. I had another company out to snake a basement drain, the problem still persisted, I was told I would need break up my basement floor. Excellent Service – Technician Eric D. (#378) was very helpful. He clearly explained the prices for the work we needed done. He was pleasant and polite during the entire visit. Honest and Awesome!!!!! – Plumber Aaron Rounsifer (#385) arrived on time. He made sure he covered his feet and equipment wheels before entering my home. He took his time explaining what was going on with my plumbing. He did a thorough job snaking out my basement.
