Our basement drain started making noises all of a sudden (glub, glub, glub) and we called Roto-Rooter to come out and have a look since they had done a great job in the past of clearing the drain. Ashton (988) was incredible! He not only tried multiple times to get the drain clear, but went a full 85 feet into the main and pulled out some major roots. Chris (0368) who came to preform the service was very professional and made sure I was aware of "worst case "scenarios with the project. I would recommend him and the company to others for their plumbing needs.

Mark tech #283 was awesome he kept me in the lope on when he would be here and when he got here went straight to work answered all my questions and was very polite and friendly I would highly recommended him
Came out and turned a nut about a quarter of a turn and said I hate to do it to you but that will be $89. How do you rate expertise and professionalism on turning a nut? He was good at it? I paid my brother-in-law less than that to put two new ball values on. Promptness? Yeah they were here on time .Wouldn't you be if some dummy was going to GIVE you $89 for 2 minutes of your time.

I don't know if my review posted so putting it on here again. Mark #0283 came out late after most people are closed to get our pipes flowing again. This is the 2nd time we have used Roter-Rooter and they have always been professional and polite. They will be back tonight to put a camera in the pipe. Will use again.
