Dylan (#1066) and Tim did an excellent job. The services they provided were top notch. They were professional and talked me through what they were doing and the associated cost every step of the way. Mark ( #283) was prompt and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and took the time to explain everything to us. He cleared the clogged drain within a few minutes of starting the job, and still made sure to check all other pipes and areas to make sure they were all in good working order. Larry came to determine the cause and resolution of my sump pump malfunction causing the relentless alarm this morning. He unbolted the lid to find a separated back-up pump connection, which had ultimately drained the battery and disabled the back up pump’s ability to function during an outage. (there is more to the explanation). He repaired the connection and tested the function of the main pump. Absolutely great service! Mark (283) provided all the answers to every question I had. He ran every check before he decided what needed to be done and then went above and beyond! He had to take off the door to my bathroom and he put it back on, cleaned up the mess the machine made on the floor. Couldn't ask for anything better!
