They were very busy due to the weather, and hence a little later to arrive than they originally projected. However, they did an excellent job of keeping us updated. The technician (Dave Solomon) was very professional and friendly, did a great job at diagnosing and solving the problem, and provided us with a thorough description of what he did and potential issues to watch out for. The pricing seemed fair.

Quick, efficient service. The tech was there when promised and was clean, professional, and friendly. He fixed my problem at the price quoted and gladly accepted a coupon I had downloaded from the corporate site. No one ever really wants to call a plumber; but if you have to have one, these guys are the ones to call.

Called in the morning and Lee(#0212) was out just after noon. Fixed the broken pipe in the garage then started working on the clogged kitchen sink. Couldn't fix it so he looked further. Found a hole in a pipe under the house (crawl space) and the clog. Came back the next day. The pipes 65 years old had to be replaced. Finished in good time. Sink still stopped up so he ended up going into the wall to loosen the sludge that had backed up from the pipe under the house. Dave Solomon Tech 0393 was the technician that worked on my problems yesterday. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything that he was going to do to rectify my problems. He worked in a very timely and efficient manner and, while I hope I never need plumbing assistance in the future, when I do I hope that this polite young man is available--I give him a 10 out of 10. The laborer was polite and gracious, but quickly snaked 75ft line with the 1/2 blade cutter and packed up and left instead of running double blade for complete cleaning or suggesting water jetting with a root saw. The camera man (salesman) came the next day and tried to sell $10k line replacement, telling me that was the only option, never suggesting jetting saw or chemical treatment. While I am giving them outstanding marks for expertise, professionalism, promptness, for replacing the flusher and valve I was charged 270 dollars for half hour labor. Ace Plumbing spent a hour replacing 20 feet of pipe and fixing pipes around cloths washer and entire bill was 180.35. Labor was only $144. I also used a 50 dollar coupon for Roto rooter which was honored, however my total bill with them was 302.92. Overall, I will be using Ace instead of Roto if I can for the sheer difference in price.

I though Dave S. #0393 did a great job at my house. He was very knowledgeable and professional and explained everything he was doing. Even though it was late at night he did a thorough job and was not trying to rush his work. Will definitely be using him again.

I called on a Sunday and a technician was at my house within 4 hours. Larry was great. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, well organized, and clean. Roto Rooter....he is a keeper!!!

Dwayne (#3453) did a great job. He quickly diagnosed our problem and corrected it. Not only that he fixed our toilet while he was there. That type of service is the reason that I call roto-rooter.
