I had excellent service! I was able to get someone to the house very quickly and take care of the problem. They were proffesional and answered all the question I asked.
Plumber Jason #0131 was very quick and professional, and answered all the questions I had when he was out to fix a faulty overflow valve on my water heater. It was a fairly simple fix, but the experience was easy and I would definitely have him out again to do future work at my house.
Mick was great! They were in and out and very friendly. He explained everything to me along the way as well. Appreciate them!
Dave Solomon, Tech #0393 and Austin Schmitt, Tech #0480 arrived at the scheduled time. They determined the repair needed and explained what would be needed to complete the repair. I agreed to the amount of the estimate. The repairs were completed as explained; repairs were tested for leaks and the job was complete. I was very satisfied and would call Roto Rooter again for plumbing needs.
I would like to thank Roto Rooter for excellent service. Our tech was Michael #0236. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process. He was informative and helpful of preventive measures as well. I truly appreciate the time and effort given by the tech. We have always used this company and will always continue to do so. Our problem was fixed and we are very pleased with the service given.
Came on a Sunday, no extra charges. Made us feel comfortable, very trustworthy. Knowledgeable and candid. Made our bad situation bearable.
We had excellent service! We were able to get someone to the house very quickly and take care of the problem. They provided a quick solution and also a long term solution.
Had some issues with scheduling, mostly due to weather and the extreme cold, but once at our house the tech, Dave Solomon 0393, did a great job. He was professional and friendly, and thoroughly explained all that needed to be done.
