Dwayne (Tech #3453) came out this morning and repaired my backed up floor drain. He was very professional - found the problem right away and explained what needed to be done. He was prompt, courteous and was in and out quickly. I would definitely recommend this business.
Second time using Roto-Rooter and once again they delivered wonderful service! A few weeks ago the main line backed up in my basement and I decided to call Roto-Rooter again to help unclog the line. Technicians, Amber (1476) and Larry (554) worked together to unclog my main line, and several lines in the main level bathrooms. Both of them were extremely professional, kind, and cheerful. Lee, technician #212, was outstanding! He is skilled, talented, and very knowledgeable. Because of him, I'll never use another plumbing service but Roto Rooter. He fixed another plumber's mistake and saved us from a possible disaster if left unfixed. He was timely and very helpful. Roto Rooter is lucky to have Lee. His customer service was incredible! Roto-Rooter was fast in sending a technician within 1.5 hours of calling. Dave Solomon tech #0393 was very fast in finding the issue of the leak in my bathroom. Replaced a valve and supply line quickly and now I have a dry bathroom. Excellent service.
Keith Satomi is wonderful person. He makes sure everything is in order and keep the basement clean. So happy he can fingerspelling with me as I am deaf. I appreciated his work.
I had a main line back up due to roots. Called Roto-Rooter and a tech (Ashton) showed up 20 min later. He assessed the problem, ran the line and checked to make sure things were working as they should before leaving. I got what I paid for.
