Just completed water service line replacement project with Chris (#3568), Michael (#3409), and Andy (#2334), over the first two days of this week, Oct 7 & 8, 2019. Mike (#1699) fixed the backup in our pipe quickly and effectively. We had to call Roto Rooter several times and ended up waiting more than 2.5 hours longer than they initially told us before Mike arrived, but it wasn’t his fault.
