The service was very professional and timely, Richard(3555) quickly addressed the issue and made sure we got a thorough camera evaluation of the line. He was courteous and greeted us with a smile which is what you need when you are having plumbing problems. The online service made it simple to set up an appointment, we would use them again.

We first contacted Roto Rooter about a month ago due to a leak from our second floor into our kitchen ceiling. Chris Ladesic came out and investigated and then brought in someone with a camera. They spent over an hour and never charged us. About a week later the leak came back. I contacted Chris by text and within a couple of hours he was at my house and was able to identify the leak and fix it. Chris is an exceptional plumber and is extremely thorough. Roto Rooter provided excellent service!! We had a water heater replaced and the service technician, Chris 0368, was awesome! Very helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and what he was going to do. And he took extra effort to get all the parts we needed in a very timely manner. Would absolutely recommend!
We had sewage water backing up into our basement and were unable to use any water in the house. No showers, no flushing the toilet, no laundry, etc. We made an appt. with RotoRooter and they were supposed to come out at 5 pm. Around 6, they called and said they didn’t have anyone in the area and wouldn’t be able to come out until the next morning. I called back and spoke with Elwood. I can't say enough about these guys. My only regret is not calling them first! Don't be forced into making a decision out of fear of the unknown and don't be fooled by the well orchestrated dance that seems to be the tactic of their competitors. Our main line plug right before Christmas when we had family visiting from out of town. I originally called another group (I won't say who but they drive pink vehicles) to solve it.
