Very quick and thorough service. Dwayne tech no. 3453 was great to work with. Called at 6am he showed up 8:30.
Contacted Roto Rooter after our washing machine backed up. Dwayne came to our house promptly, and quickly diagnosed the problem...we needed a new washing machine! Even though it turned out not to be a plumbing issue, Dwayne was very kind and courteous. We will definitely use their services again, if needed in the future.
We had a great experience with Roto Rooter. After recurring issues with the kitchen sink and dishwasher line backing up, the camera view confirmed that our 56 year old line needed to be replaced. Adam suggested we replace the line by attaching PVC pipe overhead, under the floor joists, instead of digging up 25 FT of our basement floor. I called late the night before and they had a tech at mu home first thing the next morning. Jason Meyer came and was able to diagnose the problem in about one minute and had if resolved in approximately 20 minutes. Thanks for efficient and expedient service.

The technician Mr.Satomi was on time professional friendly knowledgeable and efficient . He offered solutions on how to future avoid and care for the sink drain.
They were very responsive and they were able to be at my house very quickly. Dave was AWESOME! He made the repairs and reviewed the work he did to fix the issue.
