My technician was Lee#212. He was very curious and explained everything to me. The problem I have with this company is the price was too high for the problem that I was experiencing.It only took him 15 minutes to unclog the kitchen stack in the basement. The price was 311.00 but with the coupon it was 261.00. The price should be around 109.00 with a coupon.
Dave Solomon(tech #0393) and Austin Schmitt(tech #0480) Were very courteous & professional when they were here fixing our problem, talking to me and explaining to me every step as to what was being done. Couldn't have asked for two better workers to fix our problem. Very trustworthy.

Our Technician was Tony Loney 3443. Our initial issue was clogged drains throughout the house. Tony diagnosed that there were two problem the septic system tank was full and not leaching through the lateral lines and the main drain line from the house to the septic tank was grease clogged. Tony provided an outstanding company for emptying and cleaning the septic tank. Then cleaned the main line from house to the tank.
