We had a sewage backup into our basement the night before Thanksgiving. Roto-Rooter was the only plumber we could reach who was working on Thanksgiving. Curtis (653) quickly diagnosed and fixed two different problems that we thought were related, but were not. Dispatch was a little off on their promised time of arrival and the price seemed a little high considering the actual work that was done, but the service was great.
Dwayne was very knowledgeable. He was professional and efficient. Problem solved. We would recommend him to others. :)
They really looked at what was going on with my plumbing and then explained what was wrong. Mark fixed the problem and even had me run water as much as possible all at once to make sure the lines were clear. Even gave me enzymes to keep it clear after he left. I recommend them highly.
