Larry had a great attitude. He was late to my appointment. His GPS sent him to the wrong address; by the time he realized, he had already contacted the resident; instead of being dismissive and leaving, he stayed and talked for a short period. That was the right move in my opinion. Always be respectful whether it's returned or not. When he told me what happened, we laughed about it. We had a nice visit, and he took care of business. Larry's a good one; don't let him get away!

As a landlord I take all my tenant calls very seriously. I received a call about a drain backing up in the water heater closet I knew I could have brand new carpet at risk of taking on water. I provided the Roto-Rooter number to my tenant to schedule the appointment. Roto-Rooter knew exactly how to handle the situation and called me with the estimate to approve the work. They arrived same day and were done in an hour. I appreciate working with quality companies who can help my business be great.
Excellent above and beyond service. When the tech accidentally caused some damage to our ceiling while investigating a plumbing issue the company stepped in and agreed to repair the damage for us. We really appreciated our tech's professionalism and service. We will definitely be calling them anytime we have a problem! :-)
