Stopped in to test drive a 2015 Pathfinder. Called the next day to say I was interested in purchasing. I received a call stating the vehicle had to go to service for repair and I would be notified when it was available. No one ever called and the pathfinder is still listed on the web site as for sale. While at Ricart for test drive staff was friendly and easy to work with but I did expect follow up and or follow through and that did not happen.

This dealer called us immediately however we did not pursue this purchase.
We have been contacted numerous times from Ricart and have not had time to get back with them. We are in the beginning stages of looking for a car for our daughter.
