Great experience
I called the place twice asking the salesmen to look over the car for me before I make the three hour trek to there dealership. When I first saw the car I know something wasn't right. It turn out the car has different color wheels then was shown in their add (they were dark grey that looked ugly). I also notice the car had different brand tires on the front than what was on the rear. Very Good several follow up calls
I believe the sales person who contacted me was deceptive. I asked him for his best price on the truck in question, and he said the price listed was the best price. When I tried to discuss the price with him further, he told me the truck was "sent to auction???" The sales person then said that Ricart had many other trucks for sale, I identify this as a "bait and switch." Frankly, I do not feel Ricart has a good reputation. Quick response. However, price seems to be set in stone. I really wanted this car. $31K is too much for me to pay for a car.
Greg was my salesman and he contacted me very promptly, answered numerous questions I had, and helped me purchase the car I wanted.
Great group
I did purchase the 2014 Ford Escape despite issues. When my wife and I arrived at the time of our scheduled test drive, no one knew about the appointment. The car was advertised as having a sun roof but it did not. I was told misinformation happens frequently. The paperwork did go well but I was paying cash so why wouldn't it? Buyer beware. If you have done your research, you should be okay buying from them.
It wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but they were very helpful.
