Drove 2 hours to purchase Ram 1500. As soon as we walked in they had pulled Carfax and discovered the Truck was from Alberta Canada. Had multiple owners, Not 1 as advertised. No warranty on vehicles that have left the country. Truck mileage most likely tampered based on condition of truck with low miles converted KM to Miles. Would never have driven two hours for this. I had a great experience with Ricart. They were not too pushy but they answered every question I had about the vehicle. They wouldnt budge on the price but explained it was because their internet prices were lowest around (they were correct) we made the deal and as of this point I would buy from them again.
Did not purchase a vehicle but nice people.
Very friendly atmosphere. They are helpful but not pushy . Will go back

Car sold before I got there but I wasn’t told before hand. Pretty much a “bait and switch” situation.
Couldn't be happier with the price, the service, the vehicle. We drove from Atlanta, GA to Columbus, OH to make this purchase happen. There was a dealer in Alabama who was 10x closer to us, but Ricart's price was $5,000+ less and the Alabama dealer wouldn't take a penny off their price so we made a road trip!
The dealer was professional and courteous. This vehicle was not for me.
