I didn't buy the car I originally looked at but Lauren found another, better one for me! Lauren was great, as was everyone I dealt with. The paperwork took a little longer than it should have due to computer issues, so I had to come back after work. Other than that, my experience was great.

Ricart used car factory were so helpful. Found my car in the middle of the middle of the night on CarGurus I texted them they call next morning I drove my Juke home that night. I will buy my next car there they were great to work with thanks for a fun experience .

Experience on the phone is not so good won't return phone calls but when you go to dealership and know and somebody things change for the better. If you ever need to talk to them you might as well send a letter very poor communication over phone will not return calls.

This car was mis-advertised. It was not AWD and did not have a tow package. We ended up with an older model with a lot more miles.

Loved, loved, loved it! If I had more money, I'd go back alllllll the time. Well worth the hour and 30 minute drive. As soon as we got their, John Thornton greeted us with a smile and a hand shake. He helped me with the car I picked out and told me information about it that I did not know at the time. I chose to finance it and the process was so easy and didn't take hours like my last visit at another dealership in Indiana.
