Response didn’t include a whole lot of information. I asked if the dealer accepted trades for a vehicle that I might be interested in, since they aren’t a new car dealership. I gave detailed information on on my 2018 car that I might trade. The basic answer was that they do trades, with no further inquiry as to my possible trade and didn’t ask what vehicle that I might be interested in. I didn’t buy due to personal preference.but Ricart was great. It’s a shame Ford would make a 60k truck without remote start being standard at that price point.

I made an appointment several days ago with the dealer. I had even applied for financing with Hannah and was waiting for her response . I had taken the day off to drive 64 miles to the dealership . I got a call from Abby a few hours before my meeting saying the car had been sold. This was very unprofessional treatment and I wouldn’t waste my time in the future .
