Excellent. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They were not at all 'pushy' and accurately described the vehicle and price. My overriding impression of them, is they base their approach on finding what is valuable to you & then doing their best to match you to the inventory on hand. Sidebar - they are not commissioned sales people, but hourly, making the whole process far more trustworthy.

The salesman was very helpful. Went through all the features on the vehicle. Went from a 2012 Ford to the Honda is huge! The whole process was quick.
They was not willing to deal, very firm on price even after I told them I was looking at another dealership on a Truck. The two Trucks are almost the same only differences their had leather seats but the other was 1000 miles less. They wanted $2000 more on the price than the other
The dealer however Matt alba contacted me directly immediately and we conversed back-and-forth quite positively concerning the vehicle. I did not make a purchase at this time however I have purchased at Ricart before and may very well do so again.
Employees we're awesome to deal with but only two stars over all. This is because I called about a truck and was told it was still available and drove an hour and a half to get to the lot. Once there I asked if the truck was still available and was told it was. Looked at the truck and do all the things needed to take it for a test drive. Once my family and I were in the truck waiting for a dealer plate to be put on the truck, the salesman comes without a plate and informs me that the truck was sold online two hours ago.
