Initially it was great. I called ahead and the truck was ready. They allowed me to test drive alone. When it came time to negotiate I was told the internet price is non-negotiable. Surely they can whittle some off. He left me sitting for 15 minutes and came out with his manager, who reiterated the price is firm. I thanked the salesman and asked him to notify me if the price drops. I have since seen reviews with the same experience. Ricart must not want to sell cars. I have been to the dealer twice. Neither time was I greeted when I walked in the front entrance. I had appointments both times. The first time, it took almost an hour for the car to show up, the second time the car was off being fixed and nobody notified me.

Be careful of their new system. Several people could have placed a hold on the same vehicle so you might be at a loss when you arrive to make the purchase. I know, I drove 129 miles to find out the hard way.
