Fast response set a Carfax immediately in the email and more pictures of the truck
I contacted them about a car they had just received in and was communicating about a time later in the week to see it when they just stopped responding. Then I received a call about 2 weeks later asking if I was still interested. When I said yes but I don't see it on your site they sent me a link for a different car I was not interested in. Not great service at all.
Called and set up a time, got there, they said that someone was already looking at the car. Saw it in the lot and nobody was there. Asked about it and they said they basically had it sold. Still there a week and half later. Ended up test driving a similar car there and it had transmission issues and awful paint scratches and gouges. Didn't have a great experience.

My sale lady was new ,but did a nice job. BUT the sale manager would not fix a issue I had with the car and wouldn't deal on the price, but drop the price a day later
Traveling from Louisiana to Ohio to buy a used vehicle is nerve racking. Vehicle was as shown in pictures. Salesman was very good through a weeks worth of emails answering questions, sending pictures, and assuring me the vehicle was accurately depicted. Would use them again.
Both vehicles I checked on line did not have what was described when I contacted them. I don't trust them. I'm thinking they present a vehicle that has more options then it has. Buyer beware.
