Fine experience...they wouldn't move on the price.
They contacted me by phone the next day and were very polite and wanted me to contact them if i had any other questions, by this time I had been looking around and found a vehicle else where. Thanks
Dealership was a black hole for time - went twice and each time spent too much time sitting and waiting. They also really shortchanged me on their offer for my trade, rated at Kelley and Edmunds as a $3K trade in (not private sale) and they offered 1K. No deals were made
Classic bait and switch tactics. The Jeep was already "sold" and the salesman stated he didn't know why it was still for sale on their website. Of course, he offered to tell me about other Wranglers they had and of course, the other Wranglers they still had where nowhere near the deal on the Wrangler I inquired about. I'd look elsewhere.
Dealership got back to me quickly, but definitely felt pressured to buy that same day. Didn't leave with a great feeling about the dealership - was hoping for a more authentic and less 'meeting quota' feeling.
