Test drove vehicle. The salesman was nice and respectful. I felt that the online price was still a little too high. I asked if they could come down on the price if the vehicle. That's when their arrogance showed. They wouldn't budge, presented a pamphlet with some warranty information that no one cares about. 1 week later, they are now asking less for the vehicle then I offered to walk out the door with. Very enjoyable
I've been to a lot of dealers but none pissed me off as bad as this place. Their just shady and the defend their wrong actions and choices like their gods. The salesman was great. I liked him durbibg the test drive. He didn't know much but he was extremely polite and willing to do all he could to help. Other than one of the finance guys coming off like he's better than me, they offered me 18k for a low trade in of 25k. Very nice at the dealer. Road tested truck but not the one the wife wanted.
I purchased here. It was a long process, but at the end of the day, I drove away with a new vehicle
The car is great so far, my only concern is I was only given 1key fob, I feel I should have received 2.
