They insulted me. They are not willing to negotiate on the price and they offered me $200 on my trade-in of a 4x4 truck with less than 80k miles that I purchased from them in 2003. We have purchased 6 or so vehicles from them including this truck and I am looking for a better place.
Took forever to hear back and several messages went unanswered. When I was on the way to do a test drive, they texted to say the vehicle was gone.
I received an auto response and when I asked that they answer the questions I asked it was unprofessional and only contained half the information. Will buy elsewhere.

Lorenzo Gomez, our salesman was excellent! We were contacted right away and he answered all of our questions. We set up an appointment to test the car and it was more than we expected. We purchased the vehicle that day! We are so happy with our new purchase and would recommend Ricart to anyone.
