They contacted me upon my initial inquiry which was expected. However they were to get back with me about the trade in value of my classic car but they never did. So no business was done there.

They are all like hound dogs!!! once you pull up get outta ur car someone is there to ask u who u contacted. Once got inside it took them 25 mins to get someone to test drive 1 car.. I'll never buy a car at this place!!
That have a lot of cars but that is all. They will not deal. We have been car shopping several times over the last 15 years and have went to Ricart each time as have never ended up buying from them. Just bought a Jeep from another dealer the day after we looked at Ricart the same car for $5000 less.
Awful. Car has been unavailable to see or test drive for 3+ weeks. Dealer has never called me for anything. I have called them multiple times, they never have anything like a decent answer for what's going on.
Started with emailing a sales rep Nathan. Got right back to me and answered every question I had. Even gave me his cell phone# to contact him with questions and even took time on his day off the help me out. After getting pre approved I went in the test drive the car. They ended up giving what I wanted for my trade in and got my payments where I needed them. Everyone I dealt with there were very helpful and friendly. They even gave me a $25 Gas Card. I highly recommend them and I'll definitely go back when that day comes.
It was a great easy process and I am overjoyed with my purchase, Thanks!
