CarGurus price was less than Ricart price. They honored the CarGuru price. But woulnd't budge to my budgeted amount so did not buy the vehicle. The vehicle is still on their lot.
I called as soon as the car listed . Was told not ready to do test drive , they were still working on the car.Dealer sold the car a few days later - never called me back as I asked to let me know as soon as it was available. Bad customer service
Sent a availability request to the dealership and they had no idea what car I was talking about. They didn't even want to find out which one. They told me to get the stick # and get back with them. Sorry but if they treat customers like that I don't need to buy from them
