Horrible experience. We had scheduled to test drive a vehicle and when we arrived, we had to wait inside with a sales person for about an hour and then the manager finally came over and informed us that the vehicle was sold. This was an awful experience and a waste of time to say the least. Ricart will not be earning our business in the future.
Sales person stated information was incorrect on vehicles
Dealer contacted me quickly. I just couldn't come up with a big enough down payment.
This dealer lists cars for sale before they are available. Several times I have driven 60 miles to look at a car listed and have been told it is unavailable to view as it is still in prep.
Horrible Experience!!! Poor Salesmanship and lack of basic sales knowledge....... Tried to make me pay sales tax on the total sale amount and wouldn't give me credit for my trade that I had already paid sales tax on when I purchased it!!!!!! Really??
Fabulous job Ricart! Rick Johnson is a great salesman to work with. Bryan Six in finance was also stellar! And shout out for being greeted at the door by John Thornton who I know would have been just as great to work with had I not already been contacted by Rick. I appreciate your attitude!! From the phone call for information about a test drive to being given the license plate after we signed the final signature at the payment counter, this was a superb car shopping experience. I love my new car. Thank you Ricart!!
The salesman was nice but the sales manager was less than impressive. When initially looking at the price, term, and payment, he gave us a payment number that was over inflated. We knew this because we had done our homework already knowing what we were going to borrow at the rate and term. They gave us a range on the price that was 370-390 and our payment ended up being $326. They do this so they can sell you all the extra crap and if you are ok with the payment initially, you will buy the extended warranty once your payment... read more
Dealer responded that the vehicles I was interested in hadn't gone through inspection yet so there were no prices or pictures. He said he would send once ready and I never heard from him again. I sent another request, but still no response.
Not respond on time, no one try contact me on phone, I don't know where to go to see the car physically so just wasting my time.
