Contact was very prompt, same day, and phone numbers to contact them were made available. Called and scheduled a test drive and made the purchase. Very friendly and helpful, answering all questions to our satisfaction.

The associate was very angry when I asked him if he could take the price back to have his manager lower it! He tried to make me sign a paper when he had not filled in the blanks

Called three different times about this car. One time was told it was sold. Another time was told it was out on a demo run and would call me back in one hour. Never did call back. My third call was told it was in Service and the keys were locked up. He said would call the next day when he had the keys in hand, which he did. Three calls and three different salesmen. Went to look at the car and decided against it.

This dealer claims a lot of things but does not do well with clients knowing a lot about their cars and researching before hand.

Despite bad Yelp reviews, I found them very straight-forward, which I liked. Just be sure you do homework on the vehicle beforehand so you know if you're getting a good deal or not.
