Nice ,quick and efficient meet and greet but when it came to sealing the deal, there were issues with the vin# not matching the car and the bank had no knowledge of this vehicle on record. Another advertised Mazda 3 was not even on the floor to see, it was at another location. Getting body work and probably just going to auction. Financing was rediculous on the Mazda 6 we wanted with no history ( they eventually fixed all Vin #s) 7,000 vehicle and I was going to put down 5,0000. Five stars easily, I've never seen a place with so many cars for sale. The staff were all very friendly, their price was so good my wife and I drove five hours to get there and five hours home, We highly recommend Ricart to anyone looking for a great car buying experience
Very disappointing! Cars were dirty, not just on the outside (which I could have excused due to winter weather) but inside as well. The vehicle I had inquired about and made an appointment to see had been pulled around for me but no effort was made to detail the car so it would be presentable. The car did not have one of the features that I was looking for that had been listed on the cargurus description. Vehicles were not competitively priced. This place is too big and very impersonal. I would not recommend it!!
