I am really disappointed. It seems they do not sell cars. They think more about money than having good clients. Since I bought a car there, I thought they could help me refinance it for a better one after 2 years.

I only pursued this dealership because the one sales man i encountered was understanding and listened to what i wanted. I have to say this time around it wasn't the same.

I like how Ricart shows the inspection sheet and repair sheet. Cargurus indicated that this was a good buy so I got my own local financing and worked with Brandon and had an overall good experience. Brandon addressed our budget and our preferences. I don't trust any car lot with my financing tho.
