I live 115 miles away and asked the salesman to be honest about the condition of the car. I drove there with check in hand and as I approached the car I was told about the cigarette burn in the headliner. He said he just noticed it that morning but he realized I had already left for my trip up.

Car wasn't available. Salesman took details about what I was looking for, said he was on it and working for me. Never heard back from him.
We had a really good experience. I did my homework about the car before making the inquiry. Salesman Nathan White not only confirmed the car was in the system, but laid his hands on it before I made the 2 hour trip to the dealer. No pressure sales, good finance options, and a positive experience. I'd refer friends and family to this dealer, even though it is a drive.
Car advertised wasn't available and inexperienced salesman.
