they emailed to come and test drive. When I asked them to get little detail they told me that the car has been sold but there are some other good car available.
Ok experience, wish their was a little less pressure approach though
left message for dealer to CALL ME to set up and appointment - I got more emails - they did not get a sale!
Got in and out with the car I wanted at the price I wanted with no added pressure. Chase George was a great salesperson and I recommend him. I did do a lot of research though before I went it, they have so many cars it probably would have been overwhelming to shop from the lot.
Not very knowledgable about vehicle, nor overly friendly.
Dealership was crowded and felt pushy. Our salesman told us the smoke smell we smelled in one of the cars we test drove was their "new car bomb smell." I know the difference between smoke and new car. When negotiating price, they tried to get me to agree to letting them pull my credit score before printing out a new price and agreement. They were good about calling to follow up with us but i will never go back there. I contacted them through email and i got what I think was an automated email response. The email read something like .....Hi how can I help you? My original email was just asking if the Truck they had advertised was still on the lot. I responded a second time explaining my question a second time. I got the exact same response. So I never did get my question answered.
Dealer responded via email very promptly and answered questions. I would contact them again.
