I got the exact car that I wanted. Jordan Rice was awesome. Cass did the paperwork and was great too! I would buy my next car from them.

Promised warranty was not honoured after purchasing a 2011 car and the clutch went out almost right away.
Set up appointment, scheduled off work for a truck that wasn't even there. Immediately tried to sell me something different as if I never asked for the truck
They where very polite and responsive. Though on two occassions we went to test drive the car advertised they said it was out on a test drive or in the the middle of a deal when both vehicles sat on the lot for 68 days and 92.
