Went there and was told they couldn't budge on the price. Later in the day, the price was significantly lowered. Price was good, customer service, not so much.
Overpriced and very pushy about rushing you into a decision to make a sale.

Was please d at first, but then things devolved. Back-up contract? Hogwash. Can't transfer plates? Hogwash. I liked the car but not being treated as if I was stupid.
Salesman was unqualified/under trained to sell a hybrid vehicle. Tried to show a energi ford, not a hybrid.

Wanted me to get back to them and then proceeded to tell me I wasn't qualified for financing.
