Good honest salesperson, vehicle was not what we wanted.
Initially got my info but never got back with me whether the car was available.
Amazing experience. I got the car I wanted and the salesman Shawn Cottrill was extremely nice and personable. Will be returning soon when my mom upgrades her car.
They responded but had a fake picture of the car on their listing. I asked a few times for pictures of the actual car, they promised but never sent it.
The salesman spent over 4 hours working with me, I got exactly what I wanted and at a good price. They were very friendly and professional. I would buy from them again.
Ricart's pre-owned certified car warranty is different then the pre-owned certified warranty from Ford.Its very deceptive .
The gentlemen that was suppose to contact me. Contacted me approximately 3 weeks or so after my inquiry. I called and talked to another gentlemen for information
Pushy salesmen. Get you all ready to sign papers with your desired monthly payment and then add 40$ more, even after telling them to include this. They also quoted me the factory warranty that in reality doesn't pertain to the second driver under Kia's rules. Salesmen not very knowledged on product, warranties or customer service. Very pressuring.
