Its pathetic that someone greets you other than the salesman. I guess there to lazy to deal with the customer directly
We did not end up purchasing a car from Ricart, however they were very helpful over the phone during our search. We ultimately chose a dealer in closer proximity to us
Nate was very nice in dealing us, on our car search...the Jeep compass did not work out for us but we were able to get a different car.

I got a lot of sales emails that they must send to everyone. I made an offer after doing some research n I felt it was fair. They kept saying they'd get back to me n after several useless calls n emails about researching car offers I ended the contact. Yes or no. Stop all the sales crap. Also I went to the dealers lot n got a different price then on the website. They called me originally with an even different amount but won't deal..?
The Internet sales manager responded to my inquiry and referred me to a salesman who did not respond to my questions. I got answers by going back to the manager. This dealership does not appear well-organized for distant purchases. They are using the Internet as a way to get more foot traffic on their lot rather than as a medium for negotiating a sale. Pretty good online experience. The sales rep even sent me extra pics from his personal phone! I was looking for a high demand vehicle and unfortunately Ricart didn't have the vehicle with the options I was looking for at the price I needed.
