Not Bad. I did not get call from them. That's why I finalize the car from other dealer.

Overall they have pretty good deals on used cars, same car, similar price at other dealers had 2-3 times the miles

Responded quickly but after a few exchanged emails, I never heard from them again.
They offered me $4500 for my trade when I got a price for a new car, then said they would only give me $3000 on trade for this car. I am trading it for $6000 on a 2011 370z this Sat with another dealer.
There website says bad credit specialist loan approval. But after just 5 minutes said they couldnt help me. And the phone number for contact was a survey then hung up on directly after.
Not much personal follow-up but lots of automated emails
The sales Representative was wonderful he helped me get a car when no one else would take the time to try I just want to say thank you
