Great staff, great service. Went in to look at a specific vehicle, they recommended a different vehicle as a better match for me and I couldn't be happier. When it's time for another vehicle this is were I will go.
I would highly recommend this dealership. I had a pretty flawless experience until the end. The business office lady was pretty rude and tried to make me feel stupid for not buying extra warranties and things I didn't want or need. I realize its their job to push sells...but there is no reason to be rude and make your customers feel stupid. But overall I got a really good deal on my Cruze and I love it. Poor Poor Poor I emailed interest in truck listed on net. Auto response to email, had to personally call dealership to get a sales rep. Truck was not ready to test drive even though I set up an appointment 2 hrs in advance. Would not drop from advertised price. Had the sales man go back to sales manager 4 times and all i got was $50.00 off. Response was this price has been discounted as low as we can go. Polite and somewhat helpful. Most dealers will do whatever it takes to get you in a vehicle. I was dismissed rather quickly.
Even though we didn't get together their response time was very good and courteous
Poor never supplied the information requested. I will never buy from a company that can never follow through with what was planned
We were sit and wait a lot and we received very poor service. The inside of the vehicle was dirty. Overall it was a very unsatisfactory experience.
Good to deal but no discount
you'd think i was bothering them trying to schedule a test drive at a certain time.
