Dealer uses high pressure sales tactics to get you to agree to multiple warranties, but I bought the car I wanted at the price I wanted
Called back quickly.
Rep did not follow up with me on trade in value, so I went elsewhere.
Would not deal on pricing. What you see is what you get pretty much. Pricing higher than most all dealers. Bought elsewhere!
I experienced extremely rude customer service by the woman in finance. When starting the financing process, she yelled out my name ( like your mom calling you inside for dinner) instead of walking over to me directly in customer seating area...RUDE! She was very insistant with me purchasing their insurance in areas I made VERY clear I wasn't interested in. Great vehicle - great experience at Ricart Mega Mall ! Thanks to all at Ricart's that stayed after closing to answer all my questions and starting the paperwork ! I would recommend Ricart to my friends !
