Sent like 10 emails asking if someone got in touch with me instead of answering the question I asked.
Worked very hard to get me the vehicle and get me financed. Staff was top notch and very professional. Very speedy process. I will be returning, they have earned my business.
I was not taken seriously. I let them know that I was from Canada and that I would want the car shipped. I was told that I would have to come into the dealership in person. Why would they be in the "on line" selling business if they didn't want to sell it on line?
Got back w/ me regarding questions. Followed up after a few days too. My family decided to pursue a different vehicle than the one advertised through Car Gurus.

Told I would get financed threes times, drove up there all three times from an hour away and came home empty handed every time!
Only one key was provided. And no owner's manual. They will order the manual but the extra key is my problem. Salesman was friendly, knowledgeable, patient. Car is classy.
