They were lacking on service. They did not want to put gas in the car after we drove all the way to Columbus to purchase it. They were not fair to my son on his trade-in. I would have never purchased the car but my son wanted to. They promised to mail us the second key and fob but they never did. I called sales manager and they us to go locally and have the key made and prorammed and they would reimburse us. The key was $300 we had to spend out of our pocket. Car nice...service bad.
I wish I could have chosen my salesperson! I wanted another salesperson & tried to insist but a sales manager said, "That is not how it was done." I didn't get a quote on how much they would take for my car or their bottom line quote. I am paying cash & just needed their bottom cost with taxes and my trade-in.
I received a hurried, garbled phone message from a sales person that I have no idea who this person was, or for that matter, what he said. Not so good....
I am very interested in buying a car. They seem. to be motivated to meet my needs. They sent emails and a salesman also sent me some incentives by mail which I appreciated very much. I was very impressed how much variety they have there. and how informative the sales people are..

Horrible...Rude sales man.. Would never buy from them. Even if they have the best price, it's just not worth the high pressure tactics they use.
Called ahead to look at 3 specific vehicles. Got there and the salesperson was unprepared and then tried to show me other, more expensive vehicles. Sat down to "negotiate" on a vehicle. Price was $16,900. I offered $16,500. I was told that there was no wiggle room, despite the fact that the vehicle had a dent on the back that had obviously kept others from buying the vehicle (it was sitting on the lot for months).
