bought this vehicle... needed some alignment work but overall it was a good deal.
They replied promptly but we were not able to come to an agreement; the car was obviously repaired yet the CarFax did not show this> Their price was "not negotiable" and our trade in went down in value by 30% in the last 45 days.
For a dealership who's moto is we're dealing they sure wouldn't budge off the sticker price 1st the sales person who originally contacted me never came out of the building, he sent me kid who did know a lot about diesel trucks but knew very little about people and sales the truck had been a repo so a lot of things were missing and I couldn't see to pay full price on a truck like that
The distance was hard part. Overall, they communicated well
Very good service. Drove us around at their yard to check the inventory and to look at each possible car.
They emailed but answered none of my questions. This email that they sent was like was a formatted, blanket general email. So, I did not receive a true response.
This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had. Scheduled a test drive 3 days in advance. On the day of the test drive, I drove 2 hours to the dealership while in constant contact with the sales rep. Arrived at the dealership to find out that the sales rep let someone else test drive my vehicle 10 minutes before my arrival. Waited little over an hour.
