My husband and I are beyond pleased with the customer service we recently experienced with restoration hardware! We have bought many new pieces lately from chandeliers and armoires to toilet paper holders and mirrors. All have been great quality and we are very satisfied with our purchases!
Ordered $11k worth of furniture. EVERY PIECE was received DAMAGED. They came and replaced items, with furniture in even more damaged condition. Will not continue to deal with this company, returning everything. Their customer service is horrible. Have called them FOUR times, spoke with a manager the last two times. Done with this store.
Such a fiasco trying to purchase a couch. Ended up canceling the order after one too many problems. They attempted to deliver part of a sectional letting us know the rest would come several MONTHS later.

What to say really. We purchased an almost $10K sofa, and applied credit that we had against the purchase. They since charged our card for the full amount, and seem to have no recollection of the credit that was applied (its was over $2.5K !!). Now there is no reply from customer service. Very troubled by this, and seems we need to take legal action. Very disappointed.
I love the soft texture of the garmet-dyed bedding. Unfortunately, after washing it is EXTREMELY wrinkled, especially the hemmed edges. Also, the zippers on the duvet covers are cheap plastic and broke after a dozen uses. I ended up replacing all of the linens with high-end costco products...much happier.
