You do know there are social sites dedicated to returning your unnecessary 15 pounds? While I applaud your use of carbon offsetting, I don't want 15 pounds of catalogs. What the hell were you thinking sending out such wasteful catalogs to everyone? I will never shop at your store again!!!
Just received, unbidden, a 2014 Restoration Hardware catalog set in the mail. It's roughly 8x the size of our local phone book. There's a note on the shipping label stating that it's a carbon neutral shipment. It'd be more carbon-neutral and environmentally friendly not to ship, literally, reams of paper to hundreds of thousands or perhaps millions of people. Shame on you, Restoration Hardware.
Your 17 lb bundle delivered to my house today does not help my back problems ..how would you like to pay for some physical therapy? Oh, well, your dumb marketing campaign is a bit wasted here . . . I'm tossing all of the catalogs and have called to be removed from your mailing list!
